In the next few weeks, we'll be releasing our new game panel, Bropanel, which will make managing your server much easier. Before we get there, we want to walk you through what's changing and what you'll need to do.

— Migration window —
We'll be migrating all client services to the new panel on Wednesday, 27 May at 08:00 UTC.

— What to expect —
Your game servers will stay online. Only the management panel will be unavailable during the migration. If your server is currently running, it will keep running; if it's switched off, it will stay off until you start it from the new panel.
Panel backups will NOT be migrated, so please download these prior to the migration.
Expected panel downtime is 15–30 minutes. We've allocated a 2-hour window just in case anything goes wrong.
No game data will be lost. We'll also take backups of every server before the migration for extra peace of mind.
You'll need to reset your game panel password. You can now log in with a single click directly from the billing portal.
Your SFTP details will change. You'll need to update any saved connections after the migration, and your new SFTP password will be available in the panel.
Support will be paused and new tickets disabled until the migration is completed, so our team can focus on real issues rather than outage-related queries.

Bropanel comes with a lot of improvements such as reduced network usage, faster backups, easier file management, better web uploading, game swapping, location moves, a redesigned mobile-first interface, and plenty more. Honestly, it's far too much to list here. We'll be sharing the full list of features over the coming days.
