[IDENTIFIED] [uk-lon-09-007] Our monitoring systems have detected a CPU cooler malfunction on uk-lon-09-007. On-site technicians have been notified and are scheduled to investigate. The server remains operational but may experience reduced performance or thermal throttling until the issue is resolved.
We will provide an update once the hardware has been inspected and remediation is complete.
