[Monitoring Resolution] Network Connectivity on 6 Oct 2025 12:37:13 (UTC+00:00)
Resolved
Our primary upstream network provider is currently working to resolve impact to services, this includes recent brief network outages and intermittent packet loss.

This impacts the nodes highlighted below, including the game panel intermittently. This is due to an unprecedented scale of DDoS attacks affecting multiple different network providers globally, causing intermittent congestion so massive that they impact not just the intended networks, but create bottlenecks throughout ISPs and upstream providers around the world. The consequences extend well beyond any individual provider, with disruptions cascading across numerous services on a global scale.

This year 2025 has observed multiple new world record levels of DDoS attacks, with the largest being over double the scale of the prior, the largest in history being set in just the past 10 days as reported by Cloudflare.

Once we have information of a resolution, this status will be updated.

Update: Impact has been minimized, however not completely, there may still be incidents of lost connectivity.
Update 2: Our upstream network provider is still working to further minimize impact to services.
Update 3: Further improvements have been made, however there may still be potential for instability.
Update 4: From our upstream network provider: "Good Evening, We are aware of the issues affecting services globally for the last few hours, and have been hard at work. We do know what the issue is, and are in the process of applying remedies to fix it. We should have the situation under control soon, and will provide further updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this current issue."
Update 5: from our upstream network provider: “ We have implemented multiple fixes over the last 24-36 hours, and we are seeing significant reductions in affected traffic. We are continuing to make by the minute adjustments, and are in talks with our upstreams to complete pending changes and upgrades.

Thanks for your patience, and we will continue to keep you updated”

We'll provide further updates when available. If you would like to be temporarily moved to a separate network, (LA & NYC) please open a support ticket for more details. Note: They have ran out of new stock, work is being done to provision additional stock. Additionally, we were provided with faulty hardware on us-nyc-04-001, we've contacted the techs to intervene asap.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while the matter is being actively worked on.
